The hammer spring in my FCG is toast. At least I don't think it was designed as a two-piece spring. LOL.

Where is a good source of hammer springs etc.

Robert is an excellent place to get springs for the Recoil spring, charging handle, and mag catch, but FCG springs for the CETME and G3 are totally different.

If your FCG is for the CETME, then check with Bill Springfield or http://makarov.com/cart/cetme.htm

My G3 uses a modified AR spring on the hammer.... yeppers
