for reconditioning wood stocks I came across a product called Mrs. Meyer's.

I use the lavender scent cleaner as a final step after degriming with heavy chemicals.
This infuses the wood with a very pleasing smell which I've found actually improves my breath control and accuracy.

I know it sounds stupid but, now when I use Meyer's to wash the dishes I get that 'on target/in the zone' sensation and that makes the task EZ!

Thanks Mrs. Meyer!

Not really. The smell of burnt gunpowder is very theraputic to me.
