Ordered a $80 new complete bolt carrier assembly for a CETME from https://www.apexgunparts.com/ on March 20th. They charged credit card that day. Recieved email confirmation. On March 24th recieved another email stating they were sorry for delay but haven't shipped yet but would send an email with tracking #. For the last week or so they no longer show the item for sale on their website. Since then I've sent two emails which were unresponded to and a phone call answered by a fella named Steve who said wasn't sure what was happening with order but would call me back. Never heard from him. Still no tracking # or package at my door. Disputed charges with CC company and refunded.

I dealt with them to get the same thing, plus an unused bayo lug and clean kit from them...sevice was prompt, and product was in mint shape.


I dunno what tosay, but to add a +1 in my dealings with them...

They seem like a small outfit. Keep on them, I'm sure they'll make it right.

I have ordered several parts from Apex. Bolts, FCGs etc.
It seems that though they are good folks their computer ordering system is a little "whacked". There has been some confusion with the flow of goods but they have always straightened it out and made things right...often insisting on discounts to make up for any errors.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
