Thanks, I enjoyed reading that though I haven't shouldered a Mosin. I have sat two positions down from one at the range though. Saw one at a small show for $89 about a year ago with simply beautiful wood under the cosmoline. Kinda wished I had gotten it, but kinda glad I didn't. I have enough guns to cycle through at the range as it is.

I got all three and its all true for the most part. Though my AR's are NM and not tactical but I know some people who put $1,500 worth of parts on their $400 AR..:pirate: I like my AK and my MN is decent though cant find bulg light ball for it anymore

All three rifles here too(well more than one of each, heck the mosin was the last one to get though). I am sure there are plenty more comments like these out there too. Got to love the fact you can buy two aks(at least), or a maybe even a couple of dozen(well maybe more than one dozen but maybe short of two) of mosin's for one ar price.
