Placed a decent sized order with him a few weeks back. He was out of one of the items (a rear cover) but substituted a used one for almost a song. Shipped it pretty quickly too. When the order got here, I found that the rear cover pin had been assembled in China backwards (it was sealed in it's little bagie with a made in china sticker on it)! Now here's the thing to know: If you email him he's hit or miss on the email. I emailed him about it on the 3rd, and today (the 8th) I called him about it. He stated he hadn't been able to check his email in a few days. But he was more than happy to send me a new part out. So if you have an issue with your order, skip the email and call.
