Well, the rodent bit him. Fine. I think everyone here missed an even more profound happenstance in that video.

Did anyone else notice that when the groundhog went back in Bloomburg reached in and pulled it out himself? Does that mean that he thinks HE can forcefully change reality? The groundhog went back in. That means 6 more weeks of winter. Nope. Bloomburg FORCED it out and saved the day... What a douche. I know that's how he got bit, but did anyone think to ask why he did that in the first place? Think about the mentality it takes to pull a stunt like that.
