Weapon light, M3 or TLR-2

Which weapon light do you prefer or use? Looking at either the M3 or the TLR-2 for my night stand gun...

I keep my Streamlight Stinger on the nightstand in the charger and just use the old underside brace when (if) I need to. If you do this I would practice shooting like that to make sure you can.

The more I read, the more I like the TLR-1 (TLR-2 has the laser combo). Seems like it stays on the rail and has a better light pattern. Plus for $95 shipped hard to beat.

I like the all in one gun/light, rather than a seperate flashlight. Just one more thing to try and find when something goes bump in the night.

Plus I am used to the light on my shotgun, so no relearning techniques.
