C&R License FAQ?

After seeing those CZ82s, I'm keen to get a C&R license now.

I recall a FAQ which had links to all the required forms on the old CETME forums. Does anyone still have this?

I just called the BAFT and asked them to send me the application and they did.
When I renewed, I did filled something out wrong or forgot something and a BAFT women called me at work on my cell. She said ''you forgot to fill out line XYZ''. She sent it back to me and I got it corrected, and it was renewed. The point of this is they are not all bad in the organztion.
