Hey Guys,
I am relatively new to this forum but have had my CETME since 98 I think. At least somewhere back then. Anyway, I have a chance to participate in some Air Guard drills where I will be an Enemy Combatant and I can use my CETME if I have a Blank Firing Adapter. It is a CAI Cetme with that cruddy noise making piece of crud that came on the end of the barrel. Is there a BFA that fits that thing? If so I could someone let me know where to get one? My next stop is to get a decent and original looking suppressor or hider. As soon as I can get one from SSWEE.

The issue you will have is that the muzzle device the Century put on there counts as a 922r compliance part, and unless you replace some other foreign made part onthe compliance parts list with a US made one, your rifle will be ilegal as soon as you put the BFA on it.
Rather tahn persuing a US made FH, I would look for some other part to replace.

If you shoot G3 mags then get a thermold mag to bump up the US parts count. That will hold you over while having the BFA on it.

Thanks Guys,
I think I am going to change a few parts to up the "American Made" parts count. I thought about it a while back, but put the rifle away and was fooling with the bolt rifles for a couple of years. Now I have the Milsurp semi-autos out again so once again it is a front burner project.
Where online can I get a list of "922r" compliance parts?
Thanks again,
