Okay, I've reading the great info on the HK/Cetme systems and how they work. I've watched the fantastic videos on the bolt and bolt carrier assembly and dissambely. Now, a couple of newbie questions? I am ready to press the barrel into the trunnion. I was told to do that outside of the receiver. Any pics, info, vidoes on how to do this??

Second, my Century cetme stainless cast receiver seems to be missing a hole for the mag release. My demilled receiver has two holes. I removed the push in detent button to release the mag(this includes the spring etc.) However, there is no hole drilled in my receiver for the paddle release at the bottom. do I need to drill this out?

the paddle release gets eliminated in these builds... if you drill a hole in your receiver, according to the ATF, youve somehow created a Machine Gun. The trigger pack requires quite a bit of modification... check out the gunsmithing section for some starts of tutorials that will get you started.

No, you need to install your trunnion first.
