I recently bought some Jamo from my local gun shop. It from 1993 7.62 x 51mm Nato spec. It jammed my Century Cetme and my Century R1A1 Fal. It broke the firing pin on that. Had about five sheels that Jammed those were the ones I saved .... everyone had loose bullets. Someone at range told me that might be the culprit. One would speculate that this would cause headpsace probelems that would jam the weapon.

Please take a picture of the base of one of the cases and post here so we can see the headstamp and identify it.

Always inspect surplus rounds before using them. A loose bullet should be fairly easy to catch if you check each cartridge. What was is the bolt gap on your CETME? Does it have a ground bolthead? Did you try different mags?
What was the gas setting on your FAL? Did you try different mags?
We really need some more detail to help you with your problem.
