Guys, when I was doing some manintenace, I accidently deleted Otis61's prayer request. I was only able save his text from the original post.....sorry Otis.

Otis61's Post:

"Thanks
I dont know if I should go into it, but I've done some really stupid things. I went to talk to my pastor about it, then I went to talk to my wife about it. I've only been married a little over a year, and she is the best person I have ever known. So now her feelings are hurt, and she dosn't know if she can trust me. Maybe she shouldn't. I just want to pray that her heart be heald, and that I be heald, and that we get past this with no animosity, or baggage.

So Otis, you have my apology and my prayers.

I suggest you renounce these sins in the name of the big J. You are on the front line of a spitituale fight, use all your tools. Go to see that pastor. if you have any "urges" RUN away.
Pray, God'll listen. Ask Him to fight therse urges for you.

Amen!

but be strong, man. In my belief, only you can erase your 'sins' by making amends. What most ppl call 'guilt' or 'remorse' is you knowing that you did something you ought not to have done, or not done something you should done.

Do what you can to rectify the situation, and you will feel better and 'heal thyself.'

The first step was recognizing yer fookup, and feeling a desire t come clean and fly straight. I bet all of us have done some 'stupid things'...and prolly some we'd tell no one about.
If your pastor does not seem to give good advice, there are other 'secular' counselors that are professionally trained to help ppl in your ethical/moral dilemma.

And hey, if you were'nt ethical or moral there'd not be a prob, so take heart--you're prolly one of the good guys.

Good ppl do bad things sometimes, and bad ppl do good sometimes.

Apology accepted Tank.
And thanks everyone for all your prayers. It seems as though this may be passing. I'm still working with my pastor, and still attempting to make amends( for a while ). Ihope this lesson is not a wasted one like so many in the past.
Thanks again to all.
