find a block of wood and start whittling....
there was somebody here (or CETMErifles.com rather) that said he was going to make a few stock sets for sale, but I don't think we ever heard back from him.
as far as US made goes, you are pretty much limited to plastic, or otherwise you need to start replacing other parts with US made ones and then use foreign wood

So receiver, muzzle brake, barrel, cocking lever, buttstock, forend, and pistol grip. Who makes a CETME plastic set and who makes the US cocking levers?

Black-market-parts.com has US made G3 charging handles which are usable in the CETME.
Are you sure that you have a US made barrel? A lot of the newer kits came with new in wrap barrels that were imported from Spain, and might have been incorrectly advertised as US made.
Some US made plastic furniture can be found, but it is mostly G3 stuff, try PTR91.com, or Top-Notch-parts.com

Thanks on the heads up. I will check my barrel. I will assume that if it is made in the US it will be stamped somewhere on it. The G3 FCG route is looking more appealing to get all the compliant parts now.

I would not count on the stamp on the barrel.
Stock barrels have 4 lands/grooves, I beleive all US made ones have more than that 6 or 8.

On the barrels, look at the wrapping that it was in if you have it, its I believe marked in spanish by the maker(the paper had some sort of id mark as for manufacturer too, these were I think century kits). At least that's on the few I have handled.
