Rifle is SPF. Extras moved to this thread: http://www.militaryfirearm.com/Forum/showthread.php?t=1641

After much decision and internal debate, I have decided to sell my CETME. The rifle plus 2 steel mags and TAPCO sight adjusting tool are being offered at $450 OBO +actual shipping to a 01FFL. The individual buying the rifle has first choice to buy the accesories (listed later) at a discounted price. If the purchaser declined the accesories they will be parted out at the prices listed.

I would prefer payment by USPS Money (ships immetiatly) order but will also accept bank/cashiers check, or personal check (ships when clears).

Reasonable offers will be considered. PM me for details. FTF in Virginia possible.

RIFLE DETAILS

This is a Century stamped reciever with CAI slim forearm and and buttstock. The rifle is 922 compliant in this configuration. Mag well is stamped "CETME Sporter .308Cal, Century Arms INC, Georgia VT USA"

The fire control group has a 'Bill Springfield' trigger job. It is a smooth pull with almost no creep. I measured the trigger pull at work and IIRC it was aprox 7 lbs. (I posted details on the old forum, but thats been lost)

A US made IGF flash hider has been installed. The barrel threading kit from this forum was used.

Bolt gap is estimated .008 ( a .007 feeler gauge goes easily, a .009 is very tight). The bolt head mics at 1.834" Both edges are beveled and do not appear ground. The I replaced the rollers and cannot remember it they are +2 or +4 (they mic at .316"). The locking piece is used.

The cocking tube is not cracked. The rifle cocks easily.

Cosmetically there is a paint chip (1" long X 1/8-1/4" wide) on the cocking tube. On the top of the reciever there is a round mark where I used a scope mount.

As far as how it shoots. In my experience I shoot 2-4" groups at 100. The rifle may have a canted triple frame. The center of impact is 6" right of POA...I do need to add that I tend to shoot -right and low- with open sites and normally need to make a large left correction. I have not had anyone else shoot this rifle to determine if the problem is me or the rifle.

(Feelers gauge and micrometer not included, just to show that I'm not making up numbers ;) )

If the rifle purchaser does not want it, I would like to be first alternate on the wide handguard.

Now that I'm awake and have read a PM I have had a Oh-duh moment. I would prefer payment by USPS Money (ships immetiatly) order but will also accept bank/cashiers check, or personal check (ships when clears).

I will also include a Tapco Cetme Sight tool with the rifle.

(Is Dex around? - he can back up my claim that I can't shoot, lol)

I also just realized that I didn't post several photos of accessories and I will fix that this evening.

If the rifle purchaser does not want it, I would like to be the first alternate on the new locking piece.

Thanks

If the buyer doesn't want the "Like New" CETME mags, put my name on them.
