wreaked on the way to gun show

On my way to a gun show this morning I wrecked my truck. I was going to Portland, about three hours from here. I only got 20 miles away. Came around a corner, and was just through it, then looked down for something, still can't remember what, and looked up just in time to see that I was on the white line. Problem is at the white line the road droped straight off 4ft to a field. Well I just barely got my tires on that lip, and felt it start to suck me down there. So I whiped the wheel. I got it out of there, but comensated too much. Did a 360 off the bank on the other side. Was able to drive it to the shop, but its not good. I still owe $14000 on it.

I guess I find out more from the adjuster tomorrow. This sucks.This is my second accident in about 4 months.

Erk. That sucks mate. Sorry to hear about it. I nearly had an accident today, dont have ABS in this car, brakes locked up in the rain. Wheeeee.

That sucks man... I did one of those on an icy patch last year in the work truck. Got lucky though, landed in a snow bank, so there was hardly any damage.

Well, at least you didn't get hurt, that's the main thing.

Well I should get some money out of it after its all said and done. Enough for another down payment, but I absolutely hate going through the buying process with cars. New or used. It was a good truck. Only had 38000 on it.
