I have several yugo SKS's and like them all except for one.
For some reason, the empty case will not come out of the chamber after firing a round.
In other words, the bolt comes back, but the extractor pulls off the round, and then the bolt tries to push the next round up under the stuck empty case.
It is not the extractor as when the bolt seats again, I have to hit the bolt handle with a hammer to get the empty shell to come out.
Now, I have measured the difference between a fired steel wolf case, and a complete round. the difference in the back was about .004.
So I have carefully polished that amount from the end of the chamber which is the area where the shell sticks.
I can now almost make it work, but it is still tremendously tight after firing.
Anyone have any experience with this? I've never had this happen on any SKS ever.
