TAPCO AR Carry Handle Mount

Does anyone have this AR15 handle mount with Weaver/Picatinny rail? Comments as to fit, finish and ergo?

My son had one. It never would stay tight and as a result, never hold zero. We tried another(another brand I can't recall but not expensive) with no better luck. I'll use less expensive products when they work and suit my needs. He sold it before we got around to buying a better mount. In hindsight, the v-groove washer could have been worked and maybe some locktite applied to get it to stay put.

I tried several including the Tapco. All had trouble staying tight. I then bought a carry handle mount from Smith Enterprise. Like most stuff from SE it cost more, took a while to get, and it worked.
