I'm looking to get my rem 700 action blueprinted. Does anyone recomend a capable smith not too far away from me?

All the shops I know of send their work to a guy over in Ky. Call Target World and they will give you the guys number. He did some work on a Sig trigger for me and I liked it but I dont know if he blueprints actions or not...
