Got a little crazy last week and bid to win this kit on gunbroker. Despite the fact that my $99 Centerfire kit was due to arrive that very afternoon. Paid $210 plus $20 shipping. It just looked very clean like the early imports were said to be.
Am I crazy? Here's a pic from the auction.

Am I crazy? Yes. You are on your way to an empty wallet. Resistance is futile.

That does look like a nice kit though.

You may want to try cleaning out the trunion, then locking the bolt in there and see what kind of gap you get.

It may be that you don't have to remove the barrel and tiple frame if you are lucky.

Nice kit. Even looks like it has the grenade rings on the barrel.

For 160.00 and they advertised it as a CETME! It was missing a bolt only and I have a complete new one anyway! got my two stamped receivers today also! I am glad I did not bid and raise the price for you!

That's one sweet looking kit. The wood is very clean and the steel looks like the park is very servicable. Not too outragous. The centerfire kits dont come with a mag. Just the time you'll save in not refinishing the wood makes it a big plus. Now do as Rusty says and cleanout the trunion, seat the bolt and check the gap. Then you'll know how much work you have in front of you.

Looks really nice. When these kits all dry up it will seem like a steal.

Got the kit yesterday and I am very pleased. It looks like a new rifle was cut up for this kit.

The bore is mint and the park nearly so. The wood has some dings but they appear to be from demil and storage. A little fresh BLO and 4/0 steel wool should make it right. The park is thick and dark almost coarse.

Inside the cocking tube I found a brand new cleaning kit with 4 ampules of oil!

The pistol grip has ABS on it, thought those were US made.

The best part is the bolt gap measures .015, so it is good to go.

Only part missing is the rear sight base. Tempting to just leave the G3 base on the PTR receiver I have, but this kit deserves a better effort. I have one from my CFS kit a little bruised but will probably blast up ok.

I feel like I'm miles a head with this kit.

On the pistol grip...ABS is original Cetme. US made Century ones will have a small C inside of them.
