Anyone ever shot this kind of ammo? Its a hell of a lot cheaper!

Its American Ammunition, there are some mixed reviews on it, I have a case in 45acp, but havent shot any of it.

A-merc is OK ammo by most standards.

It's not great....it's not poor.

The cases are a pain in the butt to reload. Depending on their production run the primer pockets or over sized on one run and under sized on another. Pain in the butt.

But, I look at ammo on the four positive strike rule.....this way...if it's safe to shoot (#1), if it's accurate (#2), if it will not damage or harm my weapon (#3) and if it's cheap enough (#4) I'll shoot it. :bubba:

A-merc will get the job done.

I cannot remember specifics, think the complaints were some what on qc issues, You might search some other gun forums about the stuff. I got the 45 because it was sevent five dollars out the door for ten boxes. Thats a good price for it, just havent shot any of it yet.

Oh now I remember this crap! I ran across it in my 45acp reloads... you are right... pain in the ass!!! Oh well... if I get some... I will not be reloading it! That sucks...

All I've ever heard about the AA has been very negative. I shoot some cowboy pistols in .44Mag. and .357Mag. I really like the Ultramax Cowboy ammo, and it's not that expense, and is decent ammo out of my two pistols.
