Here it is again, First one to guess the gun and the most common caliber it's known for.

I'm afraid to answer this, the last time I was the first and when I hit
the submit button all hell broke loose.
I think it is the grip screw on a German Luger, or P-08. They started
making them in around 1900 I think and were chambered in 9mm
parabellum after a run of 7.65 parabellum. Am I close?

I think luger is way too easy, I thought that at first glance, I think its a Borchardt C-93 pistol, in 7.63 x 25 mm Borchardt.

I'm going with the Luger as well. I think that Wild Bill is giving us an easy one as we were away for a while.

It looks like the bottom of the grip. On the borchardt, the grip wraps around the screw a little more where the luger flares away. As long as you brought it up Okie, here's a link to a recent auction I was watching play out on one. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=66140360

Sorry guys, I didn't have the"email notification" thinggy selected, I thought no one was posting about this. No it's not the Luger or Borchart, good guesses though. :)

I guess I never paid any attention to the Lahti or the Nambu, but
they are real close in styling. That one was tougher than it looked.
