A shoot sounds interesting. I may have a quiet spot for it outside of Wagram. Only 300 yards but still fun.

Well guys, if you get to Addor(not too far from Wagram), Then you can say your education is complete. Yes, I was born and raised in the area so I did a few backroads.

Dave,
I wish I had read this post on Friday before I left work. I spent
Saturday & Sunday afternoon at the range. I have a little range
near Laurel Hill. I was setting up a shoot for the 12th of May
but it looks like that might fall thru:crying:
I'd love to get in on a 300 yard shoot!!!!

Haven't been keeping up too well. As I am the President of the Wagram Sprortsmans Association, the outfit that controls the range, I might be able to help. LOL.
I have a week of teaching remaining before my students leave, finals and all, so I am jammed right now.
If one of you would designate yourself as the POC (Point of Contact) and get some numbers together as well as some prospective dates, I can handle the schedualing and access.
We are not limited to weekends though I know for many those are the only days available. We do observe Sunday quiet time until 1100 hours as there is a church within ear shot.
We have no caliber restrictions and annual range passes are available for individuals that qualify.
The actual range is new this year and still a little rough. About 15 -16 positions on the rifle range if you consider Cross the Course as the model. Three 25 yard pistol bays with another 25 yard bay and a 50 yard bay in the plans. Mostly dirt and some grass/weeds right now but comming along.
We are currently in negotiation with Ft. Bragg to provide our range pass holders with access to the 600 and 1000 yard lines on range 66D. If all goes well we should have that locked by June of this year.
PM me if it is time sensitive.
