If it doesn't have a sling point on the side, then its US made.

Got a picture?

Also century made sure to have a "C" casted in the plastic somewhere if it was made in the us.

roland, the auction is already over, but the buttstock is century us made, the pistol grip and forearm are harder to tell from the pic. My thoughts are the forearm is as well. Good luck!

Roland, the imported black stock sets are rarer but they are out there. The imported ones have a heat sink insert in the fore arm and as stated above have a sling mount in the side. The sling is not absloute because the ptrs have them too.

Jfowl31, thats what I was told, it maybe wrong though. I have always seen more green ones out at gun shows though.

hmmmm... I know the black WIDE handguards are much rarer than the green ones, but CTD has a huge stock on both green and black G3 complete furniture sets with all the buffer, guide rod, spring, all the junk comes with it.

Every time I get a little extra money saved up, I buy one with whatever order Im placing.

Right now Ive got about half and half green and black, and the black seems to be in better shape.

I bet the fun show guys were talking about the wide handguards... the black wide's do fetch quite a bit more money than the greens.

here's drect links to the furniture... may be in really good shape or really bad... no choice. Thats the only draw back. Also, with every stock set Ive got from them, they only included 1 buttstock pin. Dont know why.

CTD still has G3 alloy mags for a decent price too. Every one Ive gotten from them has looked "as new"... check that... they are out of stock.
