Retainer Pin Hole Size ?

So I have another build question. And I know you guys are the ones to ask. I have 2 triple fraim pin holes, and 1 barral pin hole to drill out. The sling pin, and the barral pin messure 0.197 in. (5mm). So if I drilled the holes out with a 0.196o in. drill bit would that create enough resistance, but not too much, to install the pins by hand with a hammer? Or should I look for a closer size?

I forgot to say it was for a CETME

What I use is a 3/16 drill bit and a #9 .1960 chucking reamer to finish the hole.

Press fit for the pin.
