Lately i seem to have a hankering for one of these. http://www.naaminis.com/lrifle.html

I got to shoot one quite a few years ago, and thought they were kind of neat for such a small gun. I was wondering if anyone here has one?

I had a bad experence with NAA customer "service" a few years ago over a defective, nearly new 22mag mini. I said I will never buy their product again, and I meant it.
I may, however buy one of the very similar Charter Arms mini's.

I had one in .22 mag. The problem I had was that it would rotate in your hand about 30 degrees after each shot. You had to regrip after each round.

I think one in .22lr would be fine.

Ditto to what GearShanty sez, sorta. It's single-action, and so dainty that it pretty-much gets re-oriented when trying to work the thumb around the hammer that is very close to the web of the hand, since you've got one or maybe two fingers on the grip. At least in my paws.
As I said at the time I owned it, if you're gonna shoot yourself in the foot with it, best to sit down and crank the knee upwards, because if you try it standing up, you might miss.
This is truly a weapon I'd only consider useful at knife-fight distances.
I'm not necessarily knocking it... it is what it is.
One spiffy feature is that the cylinder has notches between the rounds for the hammer/pin to rest in, negating the need to carry the hammer over an empty hole.
"If" I was going to get another one, I'd get one with both cylinders, so I could plink .22lr.
But any way you slice it, 1 5/8" ain't good for accuracy, let alone for .22 mag powder to burn, but it do make a hell of a noise for such a small gun.

The 22mag version I had could shoot about a 5 inch group at 25 yards. I didn't have any problem holding on to it, either.
Mine had a "forcing cone" that was about as thick as a fingernail. The top portion broke off after about 75 rounds (from a brand new piece...). It took about three months turnaround and several nasty conversations with NAA to get it fixed and have it back, even though they admitted it was defective. I sold it shortly after it's return, and will never deal with them again.

I've got one I bought used. I love it. I carry it in my pocket when I walk the dogs. I sent it to NAA to have the inside cleaned and new "Safety Cylinder" installed and they replaced EVERYTHING! The only thing original when I got it back was the reciever. All at no charge and the lady was sweet as pie and didn't even charge me for the new grips. I've heard about their customer service before and I think they hired some new people. I've run about 200 rds. through it without a hiccup (.22 LR). I love it! It's pretty useless but fun as hell! :2pistol:
