I think my c91 furniture is not U.S. made. I have the green slim forearm right here and the only makings on it I can see say "2/67H".

Could this mean I bought an illegal set up? The rifle was used when I bought it from the gun store.

That will depend on what other US compliance parts the rifle has.

The possible compliance parts in a C91 are

Muzzle break (f it does not have a stock flash hider)
Barrel (Check with Century if the barrel is US made by the Serial Number of the rifle)
Receiver (allways)
Charging Handle
Hammer
Sear
Trigger
Pistol Grip
Handguard
Buttstock

So you can see that there are plenty of options to cover the buttstock and handguard. Even if the previous owner replaced US made furniture with imported ones and messed up the parts count, it is easy to fix since it is built with G3 parts and not CETME ones.

So far I have found a "C" stamped on my

Hammer
Sear
Pistol grip
Charging Handle

The trigger is stamped sheet metal, but I don't see a C stamp. Am I not looking hard enough?

I think the barrel is U.S. made because the rifling looks so much diffrent than the rifling in my CETME I traded.

The trigger is most likely stock HK. do you know if you have a muzzle break or flash hider?

It's a flash hider.

Ok, if we assume that your barrel and pistol grip are both US made, then you can get a US made trigger from PTR91.com and your US parts requirement would be met;

Barrel
Charging Handle
Receiver
Hammer
Trigger
Sear
Pistol Grip

But you will need to contact Century for confirmation on the barrel.

Most of the Century US made pistol grips have a C molded into them at the top underneath where it mates with the frame, but not all.

If you don't want to change your furniture, one other thing you can do is use a US made Thermold HK-91 mag (3 US parts).

It may take a little filing to fit good though. I use one in my Century G3 and it runs great with it.

I also forgot to include the FCG box (or trigger frame).

PTR91.com also makes these as well, so you can cover yourself if the barrel is imported too.
