How about teaming up with Holescreek and building some of those full length mandril and rail dies for CETME/G3 flats in bulk ;-)

Cetme / G3 cocking handle.
L1A1 cocking handles.
L1A1 FCG

just off the top of my head ;-)

hmmm.. lesee, wish list:

1. A front sight tower with bayo lug replacement for DR200s (wanna make some cash mill some woo parts, they are scarcer than hens teeth).

2. An even larger mag release for my FAL.

3. A Pulse rifle with a rail mounted grenade launcher, chainsaw attachment, and 1000 watt aircraft landing lamp

what is this

A machined block that slips inside a Cetme or HK receiver mag well that let's you install a paddle mag release without having to drill and weld the receiver. It would attach with a machine screw through the bottom rear or maybe side of the mag well....Just a concept....

ya, it is really easy to weld and cut though.:icon_neutral:

Just thinking about for guys with a rifle already built, that don't have a welder or don't want to refinish the gun after installing it, more than for builders. It might also be nice if you ever had to remove or replace the paddle or any of the other mag release parts. Just thinking of things I would tinker with if I had a mill.

I built my CNC a couple of years ago from a wrong fu 30 my uncle gave me. I went the stepper route with ball screws and double ball nuts.
What I get the most use out of is the 4th axis I made. Great for helical slotting and indexing. (I make a lot of custom gears).

There's a freeware program out there called "wrapper" that you can use for writing text on curved surfaces (tubes and barrels) using the A and X axis. A recent visitor seemed to think it had a lot of promise for the tube gun crowd marking requirements. The only gun part I've used it for is this lil' ol muzzle brake:
