FAL confusion

I have a question about Century FALs.

They offered quite number of variants but if its an L1A1 using an IMBEL receiver, does it take inch or metric magazines?

Some members on a different forum mentioned that Century had stuffed inch parts into metric IMBEL receivers. Anyone with one know whether or not they work mag wise?

can be both. The IMBEL T3 receiver can be encountered featuring Metric or Inch type cuts.

Check to see if the IMBEL has "Inch" style cuts for the mag well, folding charging handle, and dustcover tabs.

What kind of magwell does it have, Inch on the left, Metric on the right.

I'll have to ask the seller to take some pics of the FAL he's selling. Just want to make sure I buy the right magazines for it.

Buy metric mags. they are cheaper and work on both.

I wanted to go cheaper but found some 30 round inch mags and hoping they'll work in the FAL I'm considering.
