I just got a wood stock set for my cetme. I can get the handguard on, but I dont know how to assemble the stock itself. What parts to I need to attach the buttplate to it and the stock to the receiver? and How?

Here's a link that was posted the other day for a PDF file on installing a tapco stock to a Cetme or a HK. It has all the information on changing the stock out. The bolt inside the buttstock is a tough mother. I used a large flat edge screwdriver and a clamped visegrips on the shaft. Then with the buttstock upside down between my knees I was able break the screw loose. If you have plastic stock on your Cetme it might not be as hard.

CET009 Cetme, Buffer $25.00

I looked around at Apex and RTG and they did not seem to have any. So it looks like Sarco is the only place that has them.
Maybe somebody else has some idea where some might be available?

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=151593028Gun Broker had some listed $15-$25 or if you can get a whole stock cheap that has the buffer and all in it I saw one on GB for $10 that even came with the hand guard. You also have to have the long bolt to go with the buffer GB also had this .

The only part that holds the Cetme stock to the buffer (which is holds on the metal part with the rod and spring) is a 6 inch bolt. It is a Metric 12x1 bolt, as I stated above 6 inches long.
About the only way to get one is to buy a whole Cetme Stock along with the buffer and rear section that holds it to the receiver.
I the pic I attached it shows a ratchet and extension unscrewing the bolt from the buffer. Remember the buffer has to go through the metal piece with the recoil rod and spring attached.

You are missing a hole.

There are 2 woodscrews that hold on the buttplate.

One you can see the mark for, the other one should be just below the upper big hole.
