Because they can, I had a friend that had the tippman with the ar setup, he used parts off of his m-4 and they were interchangeable.

That is wrong in so many ways. I hate to think of how many parts kits they have "used". :( It breaks my heart that I can't get the kits first and save them the trouble.

Nobody lugs heavy firearms around because they *want* heavy gear.... what idiot would trash good rifle parts to make his PAINTBALL GUN heavier than it needs to be? The one time when you wish they'd make stuff out of plastic (AR's notwithstanding; I own a Bushie myself).
God, that's aggravating.

They sure do have some interesting products though..I'm sure it all would be great for a WWII type paintball game

It's pretty cool for doing scenario games... the Tippmann A5 is a very reliable gun too...

If someone at random were to point something that looked like that at me, it would not work out well for them. That thing looks too real from a distance. Just wait until the first idiot gets killed by a LEO because he was screwing around and pointing it at him. I went to HS in DC in the 80's and several kids got killed over BB guns. I gotta let you know it was NOT the cops fault!!! The dam things look real.

And One More Thing!!! You Should Be Shot For Spending 1,100 Dollars On A Friggin Paint Ball Gun!!

bubba. or Cosmotactical. or something.

Lessee...make a pball marker that is more expensive than the actual rifle...whatever.

I had no probs having a pball gun (PMI Trracer) back in the day that looked like a pball gun.

I don't imagine that there's too much on the guns that are actualy mil-surplus. The paintballs are.68 cal. so that eliminates barrlels, and probly gas blocks. The only things I can see for sure that they use is mags, and butt stocks. I could be wrong, but I bet they dont use any of the gas system, the fire control group ether. So it may not be as bad as it looks.

They're hot commodities in New Jersey, New York, California, and a few other states.

Poor bastages that their leaders won't allow them to own real guns!
