Shot Show, How to get in?

My gun dealer said you don't need tickets to get in the show just a copy of a FFL. Is this true?
If not, what is needed?
I don't want to drive 600 mi to get turned away.

Here's a couple of links to the Official Shot Show 2010, attendance rules. Basically, not open to the general public and you have to show proof of being in the "industry" You can also register on the site for attendance.

My dealer gave me a copy of his FFL.
I went to order a ticket, filled out all the forms and got to the page where they want $20. I stopped there as I don't think the badge/ticket will get here before the show starts.

Depending on the demeanor of the people running the show at the time you show up.... They will also require you produce a photo ID, and if the name doesn't match your FFL's license, then they will want proof of some sort that you work for the FFL holder, or are representing him, or work for him. It just kind of depends on how loose they are at this one letting people in.

From what I have been told the Shot Show will be permanantly held in Las Vegas they only came to Florida because they were working on the building it's held at in vegas.

It was five years ago when I went, but IIRC they have a will call for tickets, and yes, they are very strict about letting people in. Oh, and bring some good shoes, your going to need them!!!
