The major thing to look for is a ground bolt.
Also be sure to check and clean it. The guns can look clean and new outside but the insides can have a lot of junk. From grease, to sand to metal shavings. This isn't just for the CETME.
Not bashing on Century again but the more you know then the less of a surprise if by chance you get a lemon. The guns can be fixed or returned.
Sounds like a good price for a CETME, cheapest I've seen. Be sure to post some pics of it too. :)

congrats on the price. Noskov is right about taking it apart and cleaning it good, when i got my new cetme home over this winter, i pulled it apart and it had a fair amount of like machineing dust/powder, not flakes, but dust like. and i pulled the bolt carrier apart, the firing pin will have a old grease on it that has turned to something more like cosmoline, i just cleaned everything, used some synthetic bolt grease on firing pin spring, sides of bolt, up in receiver, thinned it out some by finger, oiled my rollers and other parts, like trigger parts ,which looked really clean, i also went ahead and cleaned and oiled inside my barrel
good luck with your cetme, mine does not have the ground bolt.i picked mine up 2 weeks befor christmas and have fired it a few times, it works great and hk g3 mags work great in mine also

You can find CETME bolts on gunbroker.com, heck theres even an auction for an unground CETME bolt for $12.00 on there right now.
It won't set you back a lot of money but its worth it if you do get a ground bolt.
