Picked up a one in real nice shape from my buddys gun shop for 200 bucks. Ive been shooting it a little with lighter loads because i was worried about the bolt gap but went and got a set of feeler guages today and it was .006 so that was good news. One generous sole on another forum gave me two flat rate boxes chuck full of ball bullets for the price of shipping and ive aquired about 2000 rounds of brass about as cheaply. Got about 1000 loaded up in the last couple days. This should be alot of very cheap fun!!!
Well let ya slide this time, but next time your guna get it. haha jk

I don't know squat about the CETME other than how to break it down to clean it or how to shoot it but there are some very intellectual people here when it comes to the CETME.

thanks for the advise. The faq section was the first thing i looked at. I found it on a web search. Thats what eventually brought me here. Luckily it seems i lucked into a decent gun.

I wasn't aware having a "handle" was considered hiding from anything.

I knew I wasn't getting a screaming deal when I bought mine. But I at least thought it was reasonable untill I found it was Monky'd:century: !!! 200 bucks was a steal I must say! Good luck with your new toy, they're kinda expensive to feed these days...I gotta get a reloader so I can do like you!

I wasnt infering anything by my comment on using a computer name. Im on alot of forums and have allways been up front as to who i am and wanted to be here too. Ive found many idiots in the past on these boards that will post like there some kind of a bad ass because nobody knows who they are and i want everyone to know up front who i am and that i stand behind anything i say on a fourm. I know in this day and age of internet identity theft and paranoia of whos watching you alot of people wont do it but i allways figured i am who i am and if you dont like it come a knocking. Maybe someday ill pay the price for my ways but it hasnt happened yet. Thanks on the comments on the deal i got. I knew nothing at all about these guns but i knew that it was alot of gun for 200 bucks. My dealer is my best freind and hes allways comming up with stuff like that for me. He sells me about anything for what he picks it up for.
