That's a nice little unit! I was thinking red dot if I did scope it. Shooting her this weekend so I should have pics and a range report next week!

Okay so here's the range report...but first, I'm a dumb ass and forgot the camera at the cabin so I have no pics...yeah yeah I know. It was a 15 mile drive back to go get it and we were in a small window of dry time to shoot so i didn't go back for it. But I will say this my new AK ran perfectly! shot well, 3" groups at 100 yds(that's good for me from standing) shot a bit better prone. It was cold and misserable and threatening to rain so I only ran 200 rounds through it but no problems at all! Great gun and I see why they are so addictive!

Nice rifle! I need to refinish the wood on mine, is there any certain finish I should buy? DO you sand the wood first? As you can tell I have never worked with wood on any rifle:icon_neutral:
