G3/Cetme Reciever flats????

I was looking around on the internet the other day and stumbled across some pictures of someguy bending a stamped Cetme/HK type flat. I have since lost the link and can't find it again.
Was I imagining that I saw that? Does someone sell formed, stamped "flats" that someone can bend and weld together themself?

Todd Bailey/Special Weapons made them a couple years ago. There's some still around, I think he had one up on Gunbroker last week.
