You may remember last year that Dubai Ports World was set to take control of US ports that were managed by a British firm.
Well, the populace of the US spoke up and sai that that seemed a BIG security risk (Prompting calls of "WTF does dept of Homeland Security do anyway, besides take tax revenues and buy expensive GPS gagets and weapons?") and the ports were NOT turned over to them. Lotsa ppl on the Hil said "Hey, it wa$ ju$t a $imple tran$action, no biggie
Well the US populace has been vinidcated, read this:
Ahmadinejad leads unprecedented anti-US rally in Dubai
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad led a raucous anti-American rally in the United Arab Emirates a day after a low-key visit by US Vice President Dick Cheney there in an attempt to counter Tehran's influence in the region.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told a cheering Dubai crowd Sunday that America was to blame for creating instability and robbing the region of its wealth. ''Every time your name is mentioned, hatred builds up,'' Ahmadinejad said of the United States to a crowd of thousands, mostly Iranian expatriates. ''Go fix yourself. This is Iran's advice to you. Leave the region... The nations of the region can no longer take you forcing yourself on them.'' (AP)

Yup...some in the government doesn't seem to want to do what's right for the American people whether it's letting Dubai run our ports or leaving the borders wide open for cheap labor. Hat's off to the US citizens for making an outcry to save our ports from being run by Dubai and hat's off to the US border control, private citizens group (I'm a card carrying member) for trying to help police our borders when the government refuses to do so.

Here, you can track these vipers.
http://www.lobbyinginfo.org/search/:America:
Former toe sucker and advisor to Bill and Hilary Clinton, Dick Morris, who has turned super political advisor and best-selling author, reports that Bill Clinton is a paid advisor to the royal prince of Dubai. Clinton is paid by the princely company Yucaipa (as in yuck-it-up, Bill). Yucaipa recently set up dealings with a company called Yucaipa Investment Group in order to set up a new company called DIGL. DIGL will manage the global investments of the crown prince of Dubai. Clinton is paid a percentage of DIGL profits which have surpassed 40% in recent years. Clinton also has received about a million dollars laundered through his library and another roughly $600,000 paid for two speaking deals.
This reveals that Clinton is a paid agent of a foreign government. However he has not registered as a paid agent of a foreign government -- a lobbyist, that is. Even Jack Abramoff registered and was more forthcoming than Clinton. MMM uses its imagination to only imagine what dealings Clinton dealt while serving the American people for eight years from the Oval Office. We know he failed to stop bin Laden during the late 1990s.
Has Hillary Rodham Clinton disclosed how much money is going into their joint bank account... the account of a US senator?

Now:
"Besides death and taxes, something else has become inevitable in this town: the revolving door between politicians and private interests that are proliferating with each passing year.
The threshold between public service and influence-peddling is crossed so frequently these days the door may soon be permanently wide open."
Then:
"It is our true policy to steer clear of entangling alliances with any portion of the foreign world." --George Washington
"Arbitrary power is most easily established on the ruins of liberty abused to licentiousness." --George Washington
"Few men have virtue to withstand the highest bidder." --George Washington
"Guard against the impostures of pretended patriotism." --George Washington
"As to pay, Sir, I beg leave to assure the Congress that as no pecuniary consideration could have tempted me to accept this arduous employment at the expense of my domestic ease and happiness, I do not wish to make any profit from it. - George Washington"

The problem with a Dubai is far mor then just another special interest case. With a American special interest theres always the possibility of someone in that organization having limits to how far they will go. Destroying the country one lives in has disavantages. Dubai on the other hand has no limits. What is actually happenning to America is old fashioned imperialism. Unfortunately just about everyone has forgotten what that is. The definition beleived by many has been warped into some sort of nonsense about anytime America in any way effects another country.
American Heritage Dictionary , Imperialism: The policy of extending a nation's authority by territorial acquisition or by the establishment of economic and political hegemony over other nations.
Ever hear of that India was once ruled by Britain. There was no full scale invasion by the British army. India was conquered by the British east India trading company. India was a empire with guns and cannons. It was not like some land in the stone age.
Shame are education system is such a disaster. There is definitely a lack of knowledge concerning history.

Interesting quote while we are on the subject:
"The first stage of fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of State and corporate power"
- Benito Mussolini (1883-1945), Fascist Dictator of Italy

good quote. Here's another one from Abe Lincoln, warning of the same thing. Kinda lets ya know who wanted the 'war of northern aggre$$ion'
"The money powers prey upon the nation in times of peace and conspire against it in times of adversity. The banking powers are more despotic than a monarchy, more insolent than autocracy, more selfish than bureaucracy. They denounce as public enemies all who question their methods or throw light upon their crimes. I have two great enemies, the Southern Army in front of me and the bankers in the rear. Of the two, the one at my rear is my greatest foe." --Abraham Lincoln
