hailstorm in OK

Anyone see the hailstorm video from oklahoma? ive seen some wild weather in my day, especially out at sea, but never have i seen anything like that..... heck of a demonstration of nature's raw power.

I saw that video too yesterday and it was insane. That pool looked like it was being carpet-bombed.

I'd hate to have had a car outside in that kind of weather.

In 2003, my wife and I were driving home from work in northeastern Oklahoma when we were caught in a storm with softball sized hail! It totalled our car -- broke out the windshield, badly dented every single panel. It was one of the most frightening experiences of my life, mainly because of the sense of total helplessness. The folks who got blasted in Oklahoma have my sympathy. I now live in a place where we don't get hail...Of course, there's that earthquake thing...I guess no place is perfect.
