Well everyone is wondering where I have been since January. I decided to take my 38yr old self and give Ranger school a try, well 4 months later I finally got my Ranger tab.

Congrats Free...One of the most physically challenging schools in the army. My hats off to you.


/I tore up my knee at pre-ranger in 98 and ultimatly was medicaled out for that injury (and subsequent back problem) in 2003.

VERY VERY VERY GOOD. I always wanted to do that, wife, kids, life, then time goes by so fast till its too late. I'm really glad you didn't wait too long like I did. Congradulations.

Yea it was looking that way here, then my SGM gave me a offer I couldnt refuse.

He told me to pass off all my duties to this new E-7 and go to Ranger school.

And he gave me one order....dont come home until you get your Tab.

Ranger school is 62 days...I made it in 123 days so Im happy.

FREE



VERY VERY VERY GOOD. I always wanted to do that, wife, kids, life, then time goes by so fast till its too late. I'm really glad you didn't wait too long like I did. Congradulations.

congrats, I don't know too many 20 somethings in good enough shape for ranger school let alone some one creeping up on 40. Way to go!
