Holy snike-ees lok at the yugo... Does it always shoot like that or was it excellent ammo?

is the ammo 41 dated turk? ive had excellent luck with it, less than 3 inch groups at 100yds

Most of the time it does. The M48 seems to like that romainian surplus. Also keep in mind that is was only @ 25yrds.

But compared to the turk at the same distance the group is much tighter.

every rifle I own likes the romanian stuff...Its very consistant out of my psudo tanker rifle and like the long mausers as well. :cheers:

It was getting dark when I finally got around to the turk. Plus, I can barley see the front sight because the wood on the top forearm peice gets in the way.

Damn it kevin ya made me get off my lazy butt & go out to the shed & look. It says 1948. I checked about 4 pouches on the bandaleer & they all said the same thing. If I had been at that gun show a little earlier I would have gotten more. $10 bucks for 70rds, I had to buy all they had left.
