CDNN has them for $200 used, $300 new
There's one on gunbroker as new for $225
another for $212.50 on GB
CTD has them used for $200, $280 if you are a club member.
Those are pretty typical prices... a while back, I think it was Centerfire was running them for $150, but they didnt last long.

Just keep looking on the boards, you might get a deal, the centerfire was about the best one around. Winky, you know that you are looking for hk-91/G-3 stocks as they are what work(with certain receivers, the large cast aluminum fac wont work, but from what I have read, cast ss and stamped receivers will), Dont think there were any for the cetme specifally

A lot of people have said that reverse curve style increases felt recoil, since there is a smaller contact area. It was designed to make grenade launching easier originally.
My old style "French" with a standard curve on the G3 feels fine, but they are just about impossible to find anymore.
Just an FYI...

few months back for about 150. If you attend gunshows, just look 4 the booths with HK stocksets for G-3s

In case you are not familiar with the two different types here is a pic for comparison. The old style is the one on the top.

Yes sir, that's the one.. think you sent me the link on the old site actually...
Neither will give much of a cheek weld, and even tho it is just steel with a hard plastic coating, it is actually quite comfy to shoot...

Hey texlurch that is one sharp looking rifle!
Here is a pic of mine with the other style stock. I have never actually shot the rifle with this stock on it so I am not sure what the recoil is like but the other type sure looks more comfy than mine.

I've never shot the new style either on a 308.
Don't count on an MP5 or HK53 since they don't have much recoil anyhow...
