Picked it up today for $50.00. Probably the best Mosin accessory you can buy huh? :wink:

Guy at a gunshow here this weekend was selling some out of a crate. Asked him if he'd be willing to sell the empty crate and he said he would. so I went a picked it up today. Also scored a nice '43 Izzy from him out of another crate.

Nice find; I'd have so much fun trying to find the right Mosin's to put into the crate. Heck you could even go further and stuff it with Mosin sniper rifles. :rockon:

There's a pile of them for sale locally by me. They're wanting $15 a piece for them. It'd be neat to make a coffee table out of if it was filled.

Me and my neighbor each got one for $20.00 bucks a piece. Don't know what the hell we are going to do with them, but they are cool.

I keep all of my bulk ammo in it. In sealed cans with a mini dehumidifier. Also keep my range stuff in it too. Very large crates. Now if I could only fill it with Mosins instead....:airtight:

I put wheels on the bottom of mine and plan to use it as a bug out box in case of a need to leave quick due to a hurricane or something. I can fit a whole lot of stuff in one of these.

I have 15 of the M44 Carbines I would love to find one of those boxes here in Az to store them.

if you buy the whole case they will toss in the crate for free, thats what i did back when they were 59 each for excellent in matching condition
