picked up mine recently for a give away price is ex shape and have put about 500 rounds through it in the last couple weeks and its about as much fun as you can have with your pants on! Im not a big fan of black rifles but have a couple ar15s and a mini but when this thing barks and slaps a target you know it was slapped! Its turning out to me one of the favorite guns in the safe. Lets keep this quiet though as i wouldnt mind picking up another and would hate for the word to get out!

Everyone Ive let shoot mine has fallen in love and wants one of their own. Unfortunately prices are gouged REALLY badly in this part of the country (Austin TX), and most of my friends dont really like the idea of buying sight unseen on the internet.

When they are tuned right, and cared for, I can't think of a better all around battle rifle than the G3/Cetme. Only things I wish they had was a last round bolt hold open, and a forward assist since they can hang up when they get dirty. Ive gone a ton of rounds without cleaning without malfunction... i dont remember the number, but I think it was 4 battle packs (SA)... I then had a jam, but I am pretty sure it was mag related... I called the experiment quits then and cleaned the hell out of it.

Glad you like it though! And yes we all need pics of this fabled $200 Cetme.

Are you loading commercial brass? If so it is nowhere near as thick as nato spec brass, and may separate in the chamber. It has happened to others, just a heads up for you. Glad you like it.

ive been loading miltary brass, lake city for the most part for the jacketed bullets at about 2500 fps and using commerical brass to load cast loads at about 1700 fps.
