SKS B square scope mount

I have a B Square scope mount that is suppose to fit an SKS. Unlike the ones that replace the rear receiver cover, this one is open in back and appears to fit on top of the cover. However, I can't see how the mount attaches to the cover. Anyone have some suggestions of how to attach the mount?

i sold this sks mount to him and i guess CRS got me. i cannot remember how it mounts and i didn't have the instructions for it anymore.

i know he would appreciate any help on this.

IIRC the pin replaces the take down pin and the screws stabilize it.
