I had my Ruger 10/22 bolt reworked by CPC machine recently and WOW! I took it out last Sunday with a new GM Aero Barrel and Hogue OD Stock, and the little .22 was flawless. It fed every single thing I put through it including the Remington Bulk ammo. I have one of his bolts and one of his reworked factory sporter barrels and I am satisfied. He does good work and the reworked barrel shoots under .25 inch at 25 yards (5 shot groups) with CCI subsonic.
