As I see it this can happin a few different ways...
You can sell me the bolt head,and sell the rest of the parts single...
Sell him the parts as the $55 set, and he sells me the bolt for 15-20 bucks.
I buy the 55 dollar set and be done with it.
or just don't bother because it isn't for me anyway My CETME runs great.
