2 weeks ago I shot a Rattler that was almost 4 foot long, today I went to open my gate, there was a BUZZZ sound, and low and behold at the base of
my gate post was a another buzz tail, 6 rattles, and a buttton,410 took him out. I have lived here since 1985 and there are more Buzz tailes than before,

Didya keep it? Sounds cool.

Dont get many poisonous snakes out here. Mebbe water moccosin or copperhead, if you really hit the rocky river banks.

That reminds me... This past weekend I went out on the farm to do a little plinking, and the area we shoot in has grown up quite a bit... well after reloading my blackhawk I almost stepped on a water moccosin... he curled and I blasted...

.357 mag may be a slight bit of overkill, but that thing startled me
