trying to reweld a rpd reciever would be a pretty challenging feat, since they pretty much wasted them in the demill. save yourself the frustration and get a reciever from DSArms for $379.00 i think they are made by wiselite.

I think DSA receiver/barrel combo is the way to go. If you try to weld good luck with it. I'd like to know how it turns out.
