is there a ATF approval for building a Finish Suomi?

thinking of doing one. I know the barrel is only 12 inches long also. but i thing i can make a extension for that.

there is an outfit making semi's but I haven't seen any so I don't know whats involved. It would be 100% DIY if you think your up to it.
