...and here's why. The CLEO for my town is very anti "shall-issue" ways of thinking. I figured it was something like that when he violated the laws concerning permit applications, and conveniently went on vacation a week after I turned it in to escape the time limit.

Bear in mind, I have nothing against any police force at all, but some people just really should adhere to the law instead of pushing their opinion into the situation.
