Don't know if anyone has had past dealings with this company. Seems that cannot get their sh-t toghether. Ordered a Chinese type JJ scope for the PSL from them. Order arrived the other day, retical was canted and only the center was in focus. Called Joe and advised him that the unit was not up to specs. "No problem I have a POSP unit brand new in the box. I will send a UPS pick up with the new replacement unit". New unit arrived with an AK mount. Called Joe again. "ALL PSl rifles take an AK mount, they are universal. You are not installing it correctly". Called him back the next day and cancelled the order, asked for a refund. Went to UPS to ship the units back to Joeken and found out the return shipper would have sent the units back to my home. Cost me $30.00 to send him back his mistakes. Going to stay with Kalinka, Good people

JoeKen is absolutely and justly vilified for their very poor business dealings. They and Florida Gun Works are some of the worst on the net! Stay away from them.

I've only heard bad things about them. Do a google search, their name comes up beside "florida gun works" ALOT....

Have heard nothing but bad things about them for years. A google search will show many bad reviews for them. I stay away from vendors like that. There are to many reputable dealers that want my money and work for it honestly.

I was not impressed with Kalinka - the Stinka - poor quality junk. Thanks for the heads up on Joeken.

I am amazed how many folks at the tulsa gun show they get at their booth though, tons of aks, and most folks dont even know what they are like to order from.

I don't recall seeing the expression mentioned here before (but maybe it has been said here).... but I've seen people use the expression "You've got to be JOEKING"... or "JOEKENING".

joe and ken are 2 different people ( they were partners in JOEKEN).
ken quit doing business ( being a partner) with joe several years ago.

i did a lot of business with ken and his wife for a while and was pleased with there work and products.

Now I have built on Joeken AK receivers that I got in a group buy, and they were fine. I think the problem most people had was actually getting goods they paid for, and complete rifles assembled by them.

Turbo, your skill set far exceeds anything joeken has slapped together.

JoeKen is infamous for lousy service. I'm surprised he's still around.
